Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to lead strategic growth initiatives for DealShield across the independent auction landscape.

This role is pivotal in expanding our national footprint, deepening engagement with partner auctions, and accelerating product adoption. As a trusted advisor and ambassador, you will represent DealShield at industry conferences and auction locations, build influential relationships with auction owners and managers, and champion initiatives that deliver exceptional value. Your primary focus will be driving awareness and utilization of the DealShield product, ensuring auction leadership and frontline teams fully understand its functionality and benefits. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape market presence, unlock revenue potential, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

The Client Relationship Senior Manager will build and maintain positive working relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction with company products and services, ensure customer retention, minimize churn, promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Monitors customer experience and satisfaction by analyzing sales and performance data, engaging directly with clients either in person or remotely and representing the company in retention situations. Ensures appropriate, timely and effective engagement between customers and company service providers on a regular and ongoing basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field; or 12 years’ experience in a related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in management or leadership role.
