JOB TITLE: Regional Operations Supervisor

Essential Responsibilities:
ORGANIZES CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - By accepting new projects from sales; collaborating with Project Managers on deadlines and schedules; scheduling field resources per project as needed.
MAINTAINS ALL STAFF JOB RESULTS - By reinforcing the advantages of best practices; coaching and counseling employees; offering constructive feedback; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
ACHIEVES FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES - By collaborating with Vice President of Operations in the preparation of the budget, manpower/staffing requirements and marketing plans; monitoring project performance, identifying potential problems, working with Vice President to take corrective action; assist accounting department with account receivables as necessary to ensure payment.
COOPERATES WITH SALES FORCE - By assisting with or providing technical support for sales calls when necessary; attending sales meetings as needed; providing constructive feedback on project performance.
FACILITATES IN EXECUTION OF SERVICE ISSUES - By when needed due to service inability to perform service related tasks, accepting those service and warranty calls from dispatching and assigning proper field personnel to quickly resolve problems with
customer sites; following proper protocol with communication to ensure all issues are handled and closed out properly.
MAINTAINS ALL DEPARTMENT STANDARDS AND PROCECURES - By working with Vice President to develop employee tools, training curriculums, best practices, and procedures for the Construction Department.
MAINTAINS INDUSTRY TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE - By attending educational workshops; reviewing industry publications; reviewing supported line’s technical documentation and support websites; reviewing Dealer Intranets; maintaining knowledge on proper electrical and mechanical installation methods; reviewing product specifications and catalogs on project material.
CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT - By leading by example; initiating an open and positive attitude; cooperating in development and maintenance of Division Construction policies and procedures; cooperating in development and monitoring of Construction Dept budgets, forecasts and business plans; accomplishing related results as needed.
