Red Rock Harley-Davidson is looking for an aggressive, highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager who understands the brand and how to close deals. Our customer centered sales process is all about creating a better motorcycle buying experience with employees who love what they do. 

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of Auto or Motorcycle Sales Management experience.
• Must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
• The ability to develop and lead a 3 to 4 person team through training, motivating, and coaching.
• Closing deals, coaching/training the team, following up with sales team to ensure metrics are being met, assisting team with sales process, and overcoming objections to maximize deal averages.
• Leading and ensuring prospecting and follow-up is done effectively and efficiently.
• Willingness to maximize the potential of our sales process at a high level. 
• Must provide and maintain an elite level of customer satisfaction.
• Train and maintain dealership customer portal.
• Must possess a high degree of teamwork and coordination through multiple departments.

Compensation and Benefits:

Working Conditions:

• Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
