The Role of a Marketing Facilitator

As a Marketing Facilitator at Good Karma Brands, your primary focus will be executing and supporting community events, promotions, and on-site activations that bring our brand and partners to life. You’ll be the go-to team member for planning and coordinating station appearances, monthly celebrations, listener experiences, and promotional events—ensuring every detail runs smoothly. From creating energy at live events to posting engaging updates on social media, you'll represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a readiness to pitch in wherever needed. No two days will be the same and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.

Daily Tasks of a Marketing Facilitator:  

• Plan and staff ESPN West Palm events, including live broadcasts, watch parties, and community activations
• Coordinate site visits and communicate directly with venue and event contacts
• Support the Director of Marketing in the planning and execution of Signature Events
• Update and maintain ESPN West Palm events and promotions calendar
• Monitor and maintain all marketing inventory, including street team equipment, promotional items, signage, vehicle maintenance, prize closet, and remote broadcast materials
• Organize intern participation and supervise on-site event support
• Participate in strategic and tactical marketing meetings, both internally and externally
• Attend and work all signature events
• Coordinate Packing Lists for events
• Communicate Event Details both externally to partners and internally to teammates
• Event Scheduling & Staffing, including weekly event emails and monthly calendars
• Assist with simple creative requests and coordinate with design team as needed
• Execute social media coverage at station events and signature events
• Represent ESPN West Palm at events with professionalism and energy, including availability on nights and weekends
• Promo order entry in v-Creative 
• Write ad and promo copy and/or procure copy from marketing partners   
• Support overall marketing team with occasional administrative or creative projects 
• Act as the GKB team ambassador for ESPN West Palm office, including planning and coordinating office activities and emphasizing the teammate experience. 
• Facilitate collaboration between internal Facilities team and building management to maintain a functional and safe workplace.

Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Proven ability to plan, promote, and execute marketing campaigns and community events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently 
• Strong organizational and time management skills   
• Willingness to accept and provide feedback 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license  

Hours/Salary/Benefits 

This is a non-exempt role with a competitive base salary and overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
