POSITION SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position works closely with The Talent Acquisition Team, HR business partners, and department leaders to coordinate interviews, manage job postings, and facilitate background check reviews, and compliance tasks throughout the hiring lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the background check process. Provide timely updates, respond to inquiries, and ensure a welcoming and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.
 - Job Posting & Requisition Management:
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
 - Maintain requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
 
 - Support and maintain job description library
 - Conduct compensation and benefits analysis for various roles.
 - Support and audit employee referral process to validate eligibility
 - Background Checks & Pre-Employment:
- Initiate or support background checks with the Talent Acquisition Specialists
 - Monitor and review background check progress of candidates in process, and validate information from the candidate documents
 - Communicate status to relevant stakeholders
 - Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and onboarding activities as needed
 
 - Recruitment Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and ad hoc reports to support HR leadership and business units in making informed decisions.
 - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and improve candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
 - Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all recruitment activities are performed in accordance with company policies, equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, and legal requirements.
 - Maintain confidential records, employee files, and other company documentation.
 - Support onboarding efforts to ensure compliance of I9’s and E-Verify requirements
 
 - Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including virtual, in-person, and panel formats as needed.
 - Communicate logistics to all parties and handle any changes or rescheduling as needed.
 
 - Support other HR tasks and projects as assigned
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
 - Basic knowledge of labor legislation, FCRA requirements, and I9 compliance.
 - 1-2 years of experience in HR, or a related administrative role is a plus.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
 - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
 - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
