Who you are:

CIEE is seeking a dynamic professional with program knowledge and project management experience to serve as an International Sales Project Consultant on CIEE’s International Sales Team.

The International Sales Team serves as the primary point of contact for International Representatives who recruit for all of CIEE’s inbound work and professional exchange programs

(Work & Travel USA, Camp Exchange USA, Internship USA, and Professional Career Training USA) and High School USA. The International Sales team is responsible for answering all inquiries and resolving operational issues relevant to these programs, resulting in sponsorship of over 30,000 foreign participants each year as the largest sponsor for U.S. Department of State BridgeUSA (J-1 Visa) programs. Tasks may include document review, translation of documents, project management and other tasks as they arise. The position works closely with the International Sales team and other project consultants.

This position requires flexibility, professionalism and incredible attention to detail.

What you’ll do: 

• Support International Sales project work, liaising with Sr. Director and other CIEE staff as needed.
• Manage project specific tasks to ensure quality and compliant work.
• Review documents for accuracy.
• Review translations for accuracy.
• Review integrity and completeness of project documentation.

What you’ll bring:

The ideal candidate will possess: 

• Post-secondary degree required.
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Second language skills as indicated by project requirements.
• Very strong attention to detail (in reviewing both data and written documents)
• Ability to take initiative and maintain flexibility with job duties.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Team-oriented approach and ability to see the big picture.• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor in a busy environment and within tigh deadlines.
• Energetic with a strong work ethic
• International work or study abroad experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work across cultures.
