Delaware North Travel is searching for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure high standards of service, quality, and efficiency across all outlets. You will help oversee daily operations, support inventory management, assist with training, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of the Areas. Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise team members and volunteer group members
- Interview and hire new team members, training them on company goals, policies, and procedures to ensure team performance and excellent guest service
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment
- Execute an effective cash handling system, maintain inventory, verify sales reporting, and prepare cost and operational reporting
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant is required
- No college degree required
- Knowledge of business accounting policy and procedure, with the ability to analyze data
- Self-motivated with innovative ideas to increase operational efficiency
- Strong decision-making, demonstrated initiative, guidance, and team-building skills are essential
