What are the core responsibilities for the role?
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings/conference calls while demonstrating problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal employees, gaining recognition as a team resource
- Use appropriate judgment and knowledge when sharing sensitive information
- Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing
- Interface with all levels of the organization and with external customers in a professional and effective manner
- Plan events for an office of 20+ employees (holiday parties, lunches, etc.)
- Purchase supplies for the office, including breakroom supplies
- Do light cleaning in conference rooms and breakroom
- Perform other administrative support and special projects as assigned
- Pick up and deliver plans or other documents to local agencies
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, proactive follow
-up, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information - Able to manage workload in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to change the focus of work seamlessly, without loss of efficiency, and adapt to unexpected requests
- Strong sense of urgency, with outstanding prioritization skills and professionalism
- Ability to focus on objectives and deliverables, execution of tasks, and fast implementation

- Valid Washington State Drivers License
