Office Location: Upper Marlboro, MD Coverage area:Upper Marlboro and Batimore (shared services)
Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities
As a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will:
- Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision
- Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials
- Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation
- Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests
- Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)
- Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met
Qualifications
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care
Understanding expense management
Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
