Join a world-class team of scientists, engineers, and business professionals to advance the state-of-the-art in quantum computing.As QEC Manager, you will manage a team of approximately 5 direct reports who are working to implement scalable fault-tolerant quantum computing using neutral atom qubits. Day-to-day responsibilities range from project management, infrastructure development, budgeting decisions as well as technical mentoring and individual contributions.

Job Responsibilities:

Hire, develop, and manage a team of high-performing quantum engineers

Contribute 30-50% of your time towards hands-on QEC projects

Maintain ongoing communication with technical managers, project leaders, and peers to ensure work is allocated effectively and efficiently

Help to provide logistical support to create the infrastructure for the team to accomplish their goals.

Experience & Education

PhD in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2 years industry experience

Familiarity with Python and Git software version control
