Position Title: Office Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dependable Office Manager to oversee general office operations and provide essential support in financial administration, particularly in Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities


Financial Administration:

  • Process and monitor all A/P and A/R transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with reporting and audit preparation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.


Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily office operations including supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both financial and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support, with exposure to A/P and A/R functions.
  • Proficiency in accounting and office software (e.g., Sage, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
