Position Title: Office Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dependable Office Manager to oversee general office operations and provide essential support in financial administration, particularly in Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration:
- Process and monitor all A/P and A/R transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients.
- Maintain financial records and assist with reporting and audit preparation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations including supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both financial and administrative documents.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support, with exposure to A/P and A/R functions.
- Proficiency in accounting and office software (e.g., Sage, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
