Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Strasburg, OH)

📍 Location: Strasburg, OH
🕐 Shift: 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00PM-11:00PM
  • Supervisors are expected to arrive before shift start and will stay past the shift's end, to complete handoff and reporting
  • Training will be on 1st shift for 3-6 weeks

We’re growing fast — and looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in Strasburg, OH.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for safely maintaining continuous material flow throughout the plant to ensure production and customer demands are met. This leadership role manages warehouse personnel, oversees shipping and receiving operations, and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and promote safety in all material handling operations.
  • Provide forklift safety training for all material handlers.
  • Supervise and schedule warehouse staff to meet daily demands while maintaining high safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Accurately manage and report timekeeping, shipping, receiving, and related documentation.
  • Partner with production, quality, and leadership teams to support operational goals.
  • Oversee warehouse housekeeping, organization, and maintenance.
  • Assist with physical inventories, cycle counts, and interplant product transfers.
  • Participate in new equipment purchases and process improvements.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members to promote growth and operational excellence.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to KTP policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required; degree in supervision or operations management preferred.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent computer skills — proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and manufacturing software.
  • Forklift Safety Train-the-Trainer certification required (or ability to obtain).
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with A, B, or C classifications and N (tanker) endorsement preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and resolve complex operational issues.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Work near moving mechanical parts; moderate to high noise levels.
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
