Arhaus is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Creative team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and adapt to the constantly changing digital landscape, have a high attention to detail, and have excellent design skills with a portfolio of digital work. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for the creation and on-time delivery of high-quality creative materials for use in email, paid digital, social, and web content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design materials that enhance the Arhaus brand and the overall customer experience
  • Ensuring designs and digital experiences created can be applicable across all devices
  •  Be responsible for presenting your work to the team, routing files for approval and releasing organized files to production partners when approved
  • Work with senior creative team to ensure project goals are met
  •  Brainstorm and conceptualize larger-scale projects with senior creatives and internal marketing teams
  • Ensure that files are organized and stored properly for future reference
  • Translate strategic insights into effective and highly creative ideas
  • Manage multiple projects, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Maintain accountability for overall quality of creative work

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Design, or other related field (or other relevant equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design 
  • Fluent in Adobe Suite
  • Comfortable working in remote environment and with cloud-based documents
  •  An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Team Player – Must be able to manage and work with various members of creative, ecommerce and social teams
  •  Experience with paid advertising and social media
  • Eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
  •  Fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, and social skills
  •  Strong project management skills and ability to function as project leader influencing others as well as individual contributor. Able to work well in cross-functional teams.  

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with ADA/WCAG compliance or other digital accessibility disciplines
  •  Experience with motion and video graphics (After Effects a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience in working with a variety of Content Management System (CMS) tools (Shopify Plus preferred)
