DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES
- Independently provides specific functional expertise in support of requirements.
- Utilizes a deeper technical understanding of requirements to assist with analysis, evaluation, and implementation of tasks, contributing to problem solving and strategic decision making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to leadership and program teams, offering strategic advice and innovative solutions.
- Conduct research, assessments, and evaluations to identify challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of policies, strategies, and action plans that enhance organizational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to support program and mission success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- If you do not have a Bachelor's, the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.
- $40/hour
