DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing authoritative guidance on program, policy, and operational challenges.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to support enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Leads in providing unique functional expertise to interpret complex requirements, managing a team of functional experts as needed.
- Possesses comprehensive technical knowledge of requirements.
- Directs the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of tasks, and drives strategic decision-making to ensure client satisfaction.
- Advise on risk management, regulatory compliance, and emerging industry trends impacting homeland security and emergency management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.
- Proven expertise advising executive leadership on strategy, policy, and organizational transformation.
- $45/hour
