As a Success Coach on the Real Property Management team, a typical day for you will include:
Performance Accountability & Coaching: Hold Franchise Business Owners accountable to priorities, plans, and brand requirements. Facilitate structured check-ins, track KPIs, and provide actionable next steps to close execution gaps.
Onboarding & Business Launch Guidance: Guide new owners in developing a strategic business plan to achieve profitability. Lead them through all launch phases, ensuring completion of setup activities like business registration, marketing rollout, and team development.
Operational & Marketing Compliance: Monitor franchisee adherence to brand systems, workflows, and requirements. Partner with support teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing.
Growth & Profitability Support: Serve as a project planner and growth guide during the critical first year. Encourage data-driven decisions using benchmarks and scorecards, and consistently reinforce the brand's value proposition.

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
10+ years of increasingly senior roles in property management.
Experience in business ownership, operations, or coaching roles preferred.
Project Management Experience is a plus.
Skills:
Structured & Goal-Oriented: You believe in plans, deadlines, metrics, and hold others to them.
Motivational & Supportive: You push without micromanaging. You coach with empathy but expect results.
Operationally Savvy: You understand property management processes and small business challenges.
Strong Communicator: Clear, direct, and professional with excellent follow-up habits.
Organized & Tech-Savvy: You can manage multiple franchisees, tools, and timelines with ease.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, AppFolio, LeadSimple, or other CRM software, and KPIs.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, Real Estate, or similar).
EOS certification or training background is a plus.
Schedule / in-office requirements:
Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home.
Our office locations are:
500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX
1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX
Travel: Monthly attendance for training week in Irving, TX. The position will also require occasional travel to franchise locations or events.

Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience
