We’re looking for someone like that who can provide business risk support to the Investment Bank, specifically to:
• Lead a team across various locations supporting Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Inter-entity Outsourcing for the Investment Bank
• act as a primary point of contact within the global IB BRM team, based in London, working in partnership with the business and group functions
• manage, coordinate, and execute risk management, control, and governance processes relating to third party and inter-entity outsourcing activities
• plan, execute, govern and sustain significant transformation and issue remediation projects
• perform managerial duties in capacity as Line Manager and drive best practice for your direct reports
• provide proactive and constructive challenge in all aspects of the role, encouraging best practice and striving for consistency on a global basis
• provide transparent risk reporting/MI to management, auditors, and regulators
• identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, proactively formulate global solutions

You’ll be working in the Business Risk Management team within the IB, specifically partnering with the business across third party and inter-entity outsourcing frameworks. We are part of the IB's first line of defense. The team is responsible for embedding and maintaining the TPRM framework, Vendor Risk Frameworks (VRF), and Service Management Framework (SMF) and delivering related projects. The team provides an integrated approach to managing and operating our business and allows us to consistently assess all areas of risk, identify and prioritise gaps, and provide a basis for evidencing effective and compliant principles and practices.

You have:
– strong understanding of Third Party and Inter-entity Business Risk
– prior experience within a Logistics & Control or COO function (desirable)
– strong presentation and communication skills with an ability to build, negotiate, and, influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
– a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
– strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills - high attention to detail is critical
– strong microsoft excel, powerpoint and word skills. Experience of AI delivery and execution (desirable)
