Technical Solution Architect

• Responsible for the technical design and implementation SD-WAN services
- Palo Alto deployment experience (SD-WAN)
- Leadership of customer solution integration is essential
• Manage/support/technical authority for customer circuit order forms to enable clean ordering process for VF
• Engage and participate in the full lifecycle of orders, supporting project manager
• Technical lead and participate in the delivery of circuits and SD-WAN services.
• Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments
• Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required
• Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary
• Produce appropriate design documentation
• Skill set and experience:
o Customer engagement and interaction skills
o Ability to generate quality documentation
o Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS).
o Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
o Good to general understanding of SD-WAN technologies ideally Fortinet
o Knowledge of Equinix services e.g. Equinix Fabric
