As a Senior Inventory Manager based in our Warwick office, this is a key opportunity to lead and shape inventory operations at scale. You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Overseeing circa 15,000 SKUs, £400m annual spend, and £70m inventory across 200+ suppliers.

  • Lead, manage and develop the Inventory Managers, team of 5 -6 direct reports, ensuring all processes are operated consistently and to a high level of quality

  • Effectively utilise Oracle SCM for forecasting and planning to identify exceptions and take appropriate actions to ensure consistency of inventory planning KPIs

  • Monitor and analyse actual performance versus forecast and provide financial analysis, including KPIs, for management decision making

  • Monitor and analyse weekly/monthly/quarterly performance against Demand/Supply plans

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

 

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Extensive experience in inventory management, with strong ERP expertise and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  •  Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data and insights to drive inventory decisions and process improvements.

  •  Proven ability to lead and embed change across supply functions, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption.

  •  Track record of leading high-performing teams in dynamic, high-SKU environments.

  •   Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning in fast-paced, evolving settings.

  • Adept at building trusted, cross-functional partnerships across Commercial, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership.
