About the Role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Intern to join our Growth team and help shape how we communicate with customers every day.
This is an opportunity to start your marketing career in a fast-moving fintech, where communication is a core part of the product experience. You’ll help manage Aspora’s customer touchpoints — from onboarding flows and rate alerts to campaign launches and retention journeys.
The role suits someone who’s curious about how systems work, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in making operations run smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative lifecycle team that blends marketing, design, data, and product to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end CRM operations: Manage Aspora’s lifecycle marketing system. Understand how it works, ensure campaigns run on time, and own its performance.
Daily communications management: Maintain and execute our CRM calendar across email, push notifications, and in-app channels.
Flow setup and optimisation: Build, QA, and launch automated communication journeys that drive engagement and retention.
Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with copy, design, customer service, and product to ensure consistent, clear, and timely messaging.
Data and reporting: Track campaign results, analyse cohort behaviour, and identify opportunities to improve impact through A/B testing and performance insights.
Operational excellence: Act like an owner — proactively troubleshoot issues, document processes, and find ways to make our communications engine more efficient.
Who You Are
A hustler. Proactive, scrappy, and relentless about getting things done.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and basic modelling.
A clear thinker with excellent communication skills.
Bonus: Experience in startups, partnerships, or exposure to fintech.
