The role
This role is an exciting opportunity supporting our Head of Proposition at Titan Wealth Planning. As we progress towards our goal of becoming a global leader in Vertically Integrated Wealth Management, we’re seeking dynamic individuals eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities
  • Propositional Delivery & Development
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure everyone has the data and content needed to share our proposition with clients.
  • Work closely with the Head of Proposition, highlighting areas for improvement and enhancing materials from partner firms.
  • Team up to deliver services that drive our core advice propositions including Investments and wrappers
  • Create and distribute engaging content, (newsletters, updates, intranet posts) as directed.
  • Analyse engagement metrics to help inform senior management and guide our distribution strategy.
  • Complete research into competitor propositions and pricing
  • Project Delivery & Process Improvement
  • Assist in documenting requirements & workflows, driving improvements throughout the wealth division.
  • Contribute to integration projects with hands-on involvement in data management and materials prep.
  • Play an active role in mapping processes, identifying risks, and setting controls.
  • Provide support for internal initiatives, including client merging and configuration testing.
  • Technical Support
  • Offer your ideas and test technology solutions for the Proposition department.
  • Help validate software releases, crafting test scenarios and ensuring reliability.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, working side-by-side with product teams and vendors.
  • Monitor performance and generate reports, uncovering insights to help us stay ahead.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Train users on new tools & processes, sharing guidance & resources to empower colleagues.
  • Take on additional duties as needed, expanding your skills within the scope of this role.
  • Uphold FCA regulations and champion Consumer Duty outcomes.
  • Relevant training will be provided for the role holder. 


  • Requirements
  • Bring a proactive attitude and an enthusiasm for tackling a wide variety of tasks.
  • Communicate innovative ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Navigate multiple priorities with focus and agility.
  • Show a passion for financial planning and a commitment to outstanding client propositions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar platforms.
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and writing abilities.
  • Maintain keen attention to detail and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in Wealth Operations is a plus—but not essential.
  • Financial Planning Qualifications (e.g., CF or RO exams) are welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Hold a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Python is beneficial though not required.
