As an IT Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing IT operations, ensuring data security, managing vendor relationships, and driving IT strategy. What You’ll Be Doing:

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring successful execution of IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Technology to align IT strategies with broader business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT services.
• Monitor IT service desk performance metrics and continuously improve IT support processes.
• Drive IT training and best practices, ensuring teams stay up to date with evolving technologies.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, monitoring performance and optimizing efficiency.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring alignment with industry regulations. Manage IT budgets, coordinating procurement of hardware, software, and IT services to optimize resources.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.

Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce security protocols, data protection measures, and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, Cyber Essentials).
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential threats.
• Ensure all IT operations comply with GDPR, cybersecurity best practices, and data governance standards.
• Oversee SSL certificate governance and cybersecurity training for employees.

What You’ll Bring:

• IT management, with a track record of leading teams and delivering IT solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, SaaS, PaaS, cloud technologies, AI, automation, and Power BI.
• Experience implementing and optimizing IT security frameworks, compliance standards, and IT governance.
• Proven ability to manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement strategies.
• Expertise in process improvement, digital transformation, and IT operations optimization.
