Consumer Engagement Intern
Join our dynamic Global Consumer Engagement Team as a Consumer Engagement Intern, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service across our diverse product lines, including Cosmetics, Food Supplements, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer engagement and quality assurance within a global company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle consumer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Investigate quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
Efficiently manage claims and reimbursements.
Analyze consumer feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of consumer engagement strategies.
Assist in managing business relationships with external contractors providing services such as reportability review, consumer relations, fulfillment activities, and other service software solutions.
Participate in project meetings and discussions with various departments.
Special Relationships:
Collaborate closely with the Global Consumer Engagement Team, Quality Teams, and external service providers.
Liaise with production teams and employees across the business at all levels.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated “can do” attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Possess an enquiring mind.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
