Consumer Engagement Intern

Join our dynamic Global Consumer Engagement Team as a Consumer Engagement Intern, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service across our diverse product lines, including Cosmetics, Food Supplements, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer engagement and quality assurance within a global company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle consumer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Investigate quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

  • Efficiently manage claims and reimbursements.

  • Analyze consumer feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Support the development and implementation of consumer engagement strategies.

  • Assist in managing business relationships with external contractors providing services such as reportability review, consumer relations, fulfillment activities, and other service software solutions.

  • Participate in project meetings and discussions with various departments.

 

Special Relationships:

Collaborate closely with the Global Consumer Engagement Team, Quality Teams, and external service providers.

Liaise with production teams and employees across the business at all levels.

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated “can do” attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Possess an enquiring mind.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
