About the role:
As a Campaign Manager dedicated exclusively to a leading pharmaceutical client, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns. Acting as a strategic bridge between the client and the agency, you will ensure that customer journeys are seamless, data-driven, and tailored to both Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Consumers (HCCs). Your expertise will enable the client to maximize engagement, conversion, and advocacy across global markets.
- Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Consumers (HCCs), guiding markets with data-driven campaign strategies and personalization best practices.
- Analyze customer journeys across all channels and identify key friction points to improve engagement and conversion.
- Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies specifically tailored for HCP and HCC audiences.
- Recommend content and channel strategies to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead quarterly consultations with local markets to optimize campaign design and execution.
- Track content performance across segments, gathering feedback and integrating insights into future planning.
- Create and maintain best-practice playbooks to enable effective market activation and adoption.
Your profile;
- Deep understanding of HCP and HCC engagement behaviors and motivations.
- Expertise in funnel mapping (awareness → conversion → advocacy).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Skilled with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience with omnichannel campaign orchestration (email, web, social, events).
- Strong consultation and stakeholder management abilities.
- 5–7 years of experience in campaign planning or digital strategy, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong storyteller with the ability to present and interpret data effectively.
- Demonstrated experience advising or working across multiple, diverse markets.
- Excellent communicator capable of leading workshops and consultations with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into actionable strategies and best-practice documentation.
