Job Title
Summary
In Amadeus we are always seeking talented Implementation Engineers to join our teams. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, validating, and implementing technology solutions for customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and long-term reliability. You will play a key role in enabling smooth delivery and integration across multiple projects driving the magic behind the scenes that ensures customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Perform configuration, validation, and testing activities to support customer implementations;
Review and verify data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements;
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to confirm data integrity and proper system setup before production release;
Collaborate with internal teams such to align on requirements and timelines;
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or data-related issues that arise during or after implementation;
Maintain comprehensive documentation across all stages of the implementation process;
Support process improvements and contribute to developing best practices and potential automation opportunities;
Work effectively across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality results within agreed project deadlines.
About the Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in a technical implementation, configuration, or data services role within a technology-driven environment;
Strong experience with SQL or similar data manipulation and validation tools;
Experience working with CRM platforms is a strong plus;
Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and analytical thinking;
Comfortable working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
