Senior .NET Software Engineer bei Verisk Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core/.NET 8
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (2-week sprints, quarterly releases)
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software design patterns
• Experience with .NET 8 and readiness to work with .NET 10
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus
