We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic engineering team working on Sequel Claims, a robust enterprise application currently running on .NET 8, with plans to migrate to .NET 10 upon release. You’ll be part of a collaborative, international team of over 25 engineers, contributing to backend development and architecture in a fast-paced Agile environment.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in our Málaga office, with the rest of the time remote.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core/.NET 8
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (2-week sprints, quarterly releases)
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software design patterns
- Experience with .NET 8 and readiness to work with .NET 10
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus
