In this role, you will bring our luxury customer experience to life through supporting dealers with events, strategic activations, and effective client engagement. As you improve visual merchandising and build robust connections with important clients, you will play an essential part in shaping how Bang & Olufsen's distinctive blend of design, sound, and storytelling is perceived.
Key responsibilities
Dealer Engagement (Event Management & Activation)
- Support the transition of Monobrand Dealers to luxury standards through tailored clienteling strategies and premium events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, visiting dealer events/activations to provide on-site support and guidance.
- Develop and continuously refine a scalable luxury event template with vetted suppliers.
- Support partners in planning and executing luxury events and brand activations across the DACH region.
- Leverage CRM tools during events to capture client data and insights.
Client Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture relationships with top VICs, understanding their preferences and enhancing their brand experience.
- Support dealers in developing personalized engagement strategies for their key clients.
Visual Merchandising & Marketing Execution
- Conduct regular VM checks to ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Support and monitor the execution of local marketing plans in alignment with the global brand strategy.
Network Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify new opportunities to expand the B&O luxury network.
- Explore and initiate strategic cooperation opportunities with existing and potential partners.
What you bring
We are seeking someone with 2-4 years experience in marketing from the premium or luxury good sector in the DACH region.
Moreover, you bring:
- Background in luxury brand activation, event management, or clienteling
- A comprehensive understanding of premium customer experience and retail environments
- Proficient organizational and communication skills
- Accountable – consistently delivers on commitments
- Highly structured; an effective planner and organizer, while remaining a cooperative collaborator
- Engages in the daily activities and focuses on completing responsibilities effectively
- Flexibility in working hours, supporting stores during evenings or weekends from time to time
- Commercially savvy and results-/sales-driven
- Hands-on and execution-focused in day-to-day operations – gets things done
- Able to drive projects from concept to execution with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and an open, can-do mindset
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
- CRM and VM experience are an advantage
