About the role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager Legal to join our team in Germany. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with leading international companies operating in Germany, acting as the central point of contact for your clients and managing their legal, administrative, and financial matters.
You’ll build strong, lasting relationships and confidently navigate the complexities of the German business landscape. Supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth business operations.

Some of the things you'll be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of international corporate clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Analyze and interpret legal documents, regulations, and compliance procedures, including KYC requirements and tax-related matters.
- Advise clients on legal and administrative aspects of setting up and managing entities in Germany.
- Coordinate the incorporation of German client companies and ensure compliance with local laws and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee ongoing corporate administration, including filings, shareholder resolutions, and updates to company registers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, accounting, compliance) to deliver efficient and accurate services.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain up-to-date records to ensure entities remain in good legal standing.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation in connection with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and support business development initiatives.
- Report regularly to the Business Unit Manager, keeping them informed of client developments, risks, and operational matters.
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- University degree in law, business law, international law, or a related legal field such as legal and corporate governance or compliance.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience working in an international company, law firm, or tax and auditing firm.
- Strong understanding of German corporate law, with the ability to apply legal principles in a business context.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles, with a willingness to expand expertise as needed.
- Must be fluent in both English and German. Any additional language skills would be a plus.
- Tenacity and agility to balance varying priorities and inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Highly motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be direct, open, and honest when communicating with clients and colleagues.
