The Position
We are seeking a Global CRM Business Manager to drive the effective analysis and enablement of global CRM capabilities to support CRM system enhancements and adoption across commercial organizations.
The Opportunity:
Strategic Enablement & Data Insights: Drive the optimal use of the global CRM platforms and their integration with digital sales enablement tools (e.g., Marketo, Showpad) by analyzing platform usage and data linkages to maximize commercial value and share best practices.
Affiliate Adoption & Consulting: Drives affiliate adoption and knowledge sharing by providing expert consultation on business processes and platform usage to ensure global consistency and adherence.
CRM & SAFE development Program Contribution: support the SAFE ARTs, either with analysis to guide platform enhancements, or to support delivering against committed Program Increment (PI) objectives in collaboration with Commercial IT and Affiliates.
Data Quality & Readiness: Leads complex ad-hoc data analysis and quality support to resolve business issues and ensures platform readiness for core commercial initiatives (e.g., data archiving, field standardization for ASPIRE readiness, Commercial Backbone CRM, CDP).
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrix organization.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including deadline, vendor/agency, and budget management.
Capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy
Possess excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
