Business Systems Analyst – Intermediate bei Arobas Personnel

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Business Systems Analyst – Intermediate for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal, Mississauga or Toronto

 *Remote : Hybrid* 

Top 3 Skill Sets & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and SAS (or other relevant database and statistical software).
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, interpret, and analyze data using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, providing meaningful insights into key business indicators.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Clean and validate data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance metrics to detect and correct errors.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines and procedures for efficient data flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
• Clearly present data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
• Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented attitude, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and determination.
• Be innovative and solution-focused, identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and SAS programming.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and the ability to interpret multiple data sources.
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
• Familiarity with data architecture and data gathering tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
