En tant que stagiaire au sein de l’équipe Programme, votre rôle principal sera de supporter le leader de la gouvernance CM (conf management) dans la gouvernance du processus de gestion de changement, et l’amélioration de la performance de ce processus. 

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Programme Gestion de configuration transverse, ainsi que les chargés de projets en charge des modifications de l’A220.

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. 

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

• Maintenir et analyser les indicateurs de performance

• Supporter les initiatives d’amélioration de la qualité et de la performance 

• Mener des analyses de causes profondes des problématiques récurrentes

• Préparer, supporter et animer les réunions décisionnelles multi-disciplinaires.

• Travailler avec l’équipe de gestion de configuration à améliorer les outils de suivi de projet.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Connaissance du processus de gestion de projet des modifications avion

• Compréhension du processus décisionnel du Comité de Contrôle des Changements

• Maintien d’une gouvernance Programme

• Mesure de la performance et qualité de processus

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau BACCALAURÉAT (ou niveau supérieur) dans le domaine du génie aérospatial, génie mécanique, en administration ou une discipline apparentée ?

• Créativité et capacité à sortir des sentiers battus.

• Compétences linguistiques attendues : 

○ Anglais : Avancé

As an intern within the Program team, your main role will be to support the Configuration Management Governance Leader to lead the Change Management Decision Boards, and to bring continuous improvement solutions.

You will be working closely with the Program Configuration Management transverse integration team and the Change Management Leader in charge of A220 modifications.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills. 

Your main activities will be as follows:

• Maintain and analyze performance indicators

• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives

• Lead root cause analysis on recurring problems

• Prepare, support and facilitate multi-disciplinary decision-making meetings (Change Control Board).

• Work with the configuration management team to improve project tracking tools.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:

• Knowledge of Project Change Management processes for aircraft modifications

• Understanding of decision-making processes for the Change control Board

• Maintaining Program Governance

• Measure process performance and quality
