We’re currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative, experienced therapy department—an environment that blends flexibility, professional respect, and genuine teamwork.

Requirements
Your Role as a PTA
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized care plans to improve functional independence and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic resident care
- Contribute to quality initiatives that uphold PCSC’s 5-Star standards
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current South Carolina PTA licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience in senior living or skilled nursing preferred—new graduates welcome with mentoring support
- Commitment to teamwork, service, and excellence in patient care
