We’re currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative, experienced therapy department—an environment that blends flexibility, professional respect, and genuine teamwork.

Requirements

 Your Role as a PTA

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized care plans to improve functional independence and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic resident care
• Contribute to quality initiatives that uphold PCSC’s 5-Star standards

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current South Carolina PTA licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience in senior living or skilled nursing preferred—new graduates welcome with mentoring support
• Commitment to teamwork, service, and excellence in patient care
