Job Summary

This position partners with team members in identifying, validating, monitoring, and reporting performance metrics, operational capabilities, and continual process improvements in his/her assigned South TX provider groups and territory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with provider performance and engagement objectives. Support coordination across internal departments to enhance efficiency, define key performance metrics, and develop ongoing monitoring and documentation frameworks. Conduct root cause analyses to identify performance barriers and establish best practices. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of management methodologies, ensuring that consistent application of evidence-based standards, guidelines, and tools that drive process optimization and sustainable business performance improvements.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree and at least one year experience developing and negotiating provider contracts OR 5 years managed care operations experience handling independent work with at least one year experience developing and negotiating provider contracts.
*Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
*Verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
*PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office.
*Analytical skills.
*Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in business.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
