  • Bachelor of Science Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution  accredited by  the Counsel on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  •  Current PT license in Mass. with one (1) year clinical experience and CPR certification required.
  • Computer skills preferred.
