THE JOB:

As a Cook at Bellagio's Spago, you'll transform culinary skills into extraordinary dishes that wow our guests and elevate their dining experience! Your infectious smile and dedicated service will create an inviting atmosphere, where every meal feels like a celebration. By connecting with guests and understanding their unique stories, you'll craft unforgettable memories that linger long after their stay—join us and be a pivotal part of this vibrant culinary journey!

THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

• Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred

• Formal Culinary training preferred
