Short Description:

• Processes incoming correspondence and bank deposits 
• Processes check requests. Maintains expense log
• Monitor’s supplies and place orders
• Processes medical records via insurance requests
• Retrieves copy of explanation of benefits (EOBs) via insurance portals on an as needed basis
• Supports billing team requests as needed
• Participate as requested in cross training efforts to ensure maximal use of staff skills and maintain full coverage for all billing functions
• Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Demonstrated competency of the use of computer applications, billing information systems, and Microsoft Office applications

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
