Business Analyst / Project Manager – Investment Banking

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business analysis and project delivery, with a strong focus on front-to-back trade flow mapping and counterparty risk management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Map front-to-back trade flows across multiple asset classes and systems.
  • Define and implement counterparty risk workflows in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology to ensure successful project delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 23–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within Investment Banking.
  • Strong understanding of front-office trade lifecycle and counterparty risk processes.
  • Proven ability to map complex trade flows and identify process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with risk systems and regulatory reporting frameworks.

  • Familiarity with financial instruments including derivatives, equities, and fixed income products.

  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
