Description -

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for directing one or more teams of PSS Life Cycle Marketing professionals, overseeing their daily operations, including staffing, workflow, and budget management. The role also leads efforts to streamline processes and improve PSS efficiency through process enhancements, tools, and collaboration. Additionally, the role plays a key role in executing the long-term strategic direction of product lines/services/solutions at both regional and global levels, leading cross-functional global projects, offering product recommendations based on market insights, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities
• Directs one or more teams of PSS life cycle marketing professionals, overseeing their day-to-day operations including management of staffing, workflow, and budget.
• Leads streamlining of processes and identification of opportunities to enhance PSS efficiencies through process improvements, tools, and collaboration.
• Drives execution of the long-term strategic direction of the product lines/lines of services/solutions at the regional and global levels.
• Leads cross-functional global projects that require coordination across departments to provide integrated products/services/solutions.
• Provides product/service/solution recommendations to global and regional leadership based on market insights.
• Drives development of innovative solutions to enhance the sales of the product lines or lines of services/solutions.
• Stays informed about global industry trends and their impact on product lines/lines of services/solutions.
• Leads representation of the organization before customers and partners, building strong relationships and promoting PSS offerings.
• Applies expert subject matter knowledge, shapes knowledge base across businesses, functions, or regions, and provides strong leadership, driving change initiatives and monitoring performance goals.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
