Spa Concierge


The Spa Concierge has the first contact with our patients, providing outstanding customer service. They monitor incoming patient calls and gather information needed to complete the registration process. They schedule the patient for the correct cosmetic procedure and complete the patient experience with an accurate check out process. They have a strong knowledge of products and services used in the Spa and help patients find the best option.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Work closely with spa director and other team members to obtain patient history to expedite check in and check out process

    Schedule an assortment of cosmetic appointments for our clinics

    Provide education to the patients regarding products and procedures

    Ensure accurate and timely data entry into practice management and electronic medical record system

    Assist the spa director as needed

    Maintains inventory levels and protocols

    Maintains sample stocks

    Creates a 5-star experience for patients from check in to check out.

    Cross-train and help in other departments as needed

    Practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance to the practice policies and HIPAA requirements

    Performs all duties and services in full compliance with North Idaho Dermatology Core Values (Innovation, Professionalism, Optimism, Empathy, & Teamwork)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED & PREFERRED)

    High school or GED

    (1) year of clinical medical office experience

    (1) year of retail sales experience

    Experienced in using an EMR system

    Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork

    General understanding of HIPAA guidelines

    Proficiency in computer software use, including Word, Excel, and Google docs

    Dermatology experience preferred
