We’re looking for a data-savvy, self-starting Revenue Protection Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in identifying and mitigating risks related to theft, fraud, and operational inefficiencies—especially in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You’ll work cross-functionally to protect revenue, improve compliance, and drive smarter decision-making through data.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Risk and Asset Protection and working closely with the IT Data Analytics and Revenue teams, this role ensures strategic alignment and support for both risk management and analytics priorities across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to detect patterns of loss, fraud, and non-compliance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key loss prevention metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to investigate anomalies and implement data-driven solutions.
- Support internal investigations with forensic data analysis and actionable insights.
- Manage and enhance exception-based reporting tools (e.g., ThinkLP, XBR, POS analytics).
- Contribute to the development of loss prevention strategies and training programs tailored to sales environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to reduce loss and improve profitability.
- Stay current on industry trends, fraud tactics, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Criminal Justice, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in loss prevention, fraud analytics, or data analysis—preferably in a sales-driven or fitness organization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with loss prevention systems (e.g., ThinkLP, XBR, CCTV analytics).
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Fitness industry, sales operations, retail metrics, or revenue cycle management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Finance, and HR.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and internal audit procedures.

- Must successfully pass Background Check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong advanced understanding of job requirements and responsibilities.
