Summary/Objective As an EPC Sales Director, you will be key to Dialight’s sales growth. Your responsibility is to drive specification position with your assigned EPCs to our team’s target markets - mainly O&G and Petrochem, but also Pulp and Paper, Power Gen, and Water. Emphasizing teamwork, you must have the ability to work collaboratively across sales functions to achieve key sales objectives. You will collaborate with other Regional Directors/Sales Team members and inside sales both domestically and globally. This role will maintain adequate records to control and report selling activities and expenses. The successful candidate will be familiar with competitor’s products, strategies and prices, and be able to create a Dialight value proposal. It would be helpful to have relationships with distributor partners in the industrial channel. While distribution is not a focus for this team, it is important to know our channels to market. Hands-on selling and demonstrating Dialight capabilities, technology and products are a must. Heavy emphasis on specification engineers and contractor sales calls to create demand of LED technology.
