- Play a pivotal role in diligently maintaining the physical plan and grounds
- Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them
- Work to turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to prospective residents
- Actively communicate scheduled maintenance
- Assist the Director of Environmental Services with tasks as assigned
What you will need:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
- Active Boilers and Pool license is preferred
