Description

Role’s Mission:

The Associate FW Campus Director plays a vital leadership role in hospitality and administrative coordination on the Fort Worth campus. This position assists in the supervision of The Perk Coffee Shop, Front Desk Ministry and supports campus event operations and directly assists the Fort Worth Campus Hospitality Director with cross-campus initiatives.

 

This multifaceted role blends operational oversight, ministry support, event coordination, and team development. It ensures that all guest-facing and behind-the-scenes functions are executed with excellence, warmth, and alignment with Christ Chapel’s mission and values. This role also assists with managing eSpace for both the Fort Worth and College campuses.

Role’s Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Hospitality Director.

Qualifications


Role’s Responsibilities:

  • Assist Hospitality Director with daily operations of The Perk Coffee Shop, maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, product quality, and team culture.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and financial reconciliation for The Perk and campus kitchens.
  • Maintain and regularly update training manuals and procedures for both The Perk, hospitality and Front Desk.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members, setting clear expectations for performance and hospitality.
  • Assist the Hospitality Director in coordinating:
    • Funerals and memorial services
    • All-church events hosted at Fort Worth
    • Outside facility use requests, ensuring alignment with church priorities and guidelines
  • Provide logistics support for staff huddles, appreciation lunches, baptisms, weddings, and campus-wide projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with pastoral care and other campus ministries to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Assist with yearly budgeting, planning and end-of-year inventory.

Competency:

  • Strong administrative, hospitality, and leadership skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, solve problems proactively, and lead teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MacOS, and church tools like eSpace.
  • Experience in food service, event coordination, or hospitality management is a plus.

Chemistry:

  • Approachable, humble, and adaptable.
  • Able to collaborate well with all ministries and staff across the church.
  • Receptive to feedback and enthusiastic about team success and church-wide unity.
