The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

This role ensures compliance with safety standards, optimizes workflows, and leads a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, while also motivating and developing warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and present findings to management. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics efficiently and maintaining inventory control.
• Optimizing warehouse workflows and layout, while managing resources to meet KPIs, and working with lean principles and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Well qualified candidate will have High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with strong team management skills. Experience working in SAP,  Ship ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, also preferred.
