We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive BDC Sales Representative to join our sales team in Keene and Swanzey, NH.
Job Summary:
The Automotive BDC Sales Representative is responsible for managing all incoming internet and phone inquiries, following up with potential customers, and scheduling qualified sales appointments. This position plays a key role in driving dealership sales success by creating positive first impressions and supporting the sales team in achieving its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all phone, email, and online sales inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales department.
- Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to develop effective lead-handling strategies.
- Stay informed about vehicle inventory, features, and current promotions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly appointment and sales conversion goals.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and customer-focused experience at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads.
- Energetic, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
