The Senior Microsoft Cloud Security Analyst will lead the Detection, Response, and Remediation functions at Bath and Body Works (BBW). The analyst will develop and implement detection and prevention rulesets, manage cloud security platforms, and provide recommendations for improvements. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support endpoint security solutions; CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender Suite.
• Monitor agent health and ensure effective operation of endpoint security tools across enterprise environments.
• Investigate and document endpoint configurations in accordance with CIS/NIST benchmarks and organizational policies.
• Conduct initial analysis of endpoint security incidents and stale agents, including determining the nature and scope of incidents.
• Coordinate with IT and external SOC partners to contain and remediate anomalies and threats.
• Support integration of various applications, endpoint security tools, Microsoft cloud services into Microsoft Sentinel SIEM platform, ensuring comprehensive telemetry ingestion.
