We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operator in Breinigsville, PA.  

 
The Warehouse Operator will assist with the daily functions of the warehouse, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, putting away, inventory, keg line and pallet, and keg repair to ensure orders are selected and loaded for customer delivery within the company-designated time frame.  

 
What You’ll Brew: 
  • Must observe and practice all Department/Brewery Safety Procedures.  Including the proper use of all PPE, this may include but is not limited to bump caps, safety shoes, hearing protection, and eye protection in conjunction with all GMP regulations. 
  • Safely and accurately operate equipment, including but not limited to multiple stretch wrap machines and single and double wide (double forked) forklifts. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and make recommendations to the process. 
  • Ensure warehouse/assigned areas comply with company safety standards. Including, but not limited to, sweeping the warehouse, removing garbage, pallets, and debris from the building, and placing them in the proper areas. 
  • Ability to accurately utilize SAPB Warehouse Management System. 
  • Load/Unload trailers and railcars. 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot palletizers. 
  • Keg line duties requiring forklift operation as well as line monitoring. 
  • Assist other operators and departments in training and repair work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Forklift Experience a must 
  • Applicable warehouse knowledge 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all team peers and customers 
  • Must be available to work overnight Shift 
  • Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment.  
  • Proficient with Computer systems.  Must be able to learn and accurately utilize SAP Warehouse Management System 

 
Physical Requirements:  
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repetitively during put away, palletizer operations, and product loading. (Must be able to lift and fix total cases of product.) 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for periods (while operating the forklift). Will also climb on and off sit down forklift several times throughout a shift 
  • Work overtime as needed, which may require 12-hour days, weekends, and holidays 

 
Level:

 
In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $22.40 per hour. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
