About the Role

We are expanding our UK team and looking for a motivated Data & BI Consultant who thrives on solving business challenges with data-driven insights. If you enjoy learning new tools, applying analytical skills, and working across industries, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that address business and technology challenges.
• Design and implement BI and analytics solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and more.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business functions, from analysts to executives.
• Manage project activities such as planning, scope definition, issue tracking, and risk management.
• Lead or support end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and value delivery.
• Continuously learn new tools and techniques and share knowledge with the wider team.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Understanding of BI concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling.
• Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to management consulting or internal business processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Proactive, practical approach with a desire to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Team player with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
