Job information:

- Location - London, onsite 2 days per week
The role s expected to deliver solutions involving SaaS applications and manage the lifecycle of 120+ SaaS applications from a technology engagement and BAU aspects.
Must have:
- Experience of being part of BAU, Integration & delivery of SaaS applications in an enterprise landscape.
- Good stakeholder management experience interacting & managing with multiple technology teams across application development, infrastructure & engineering and application support teams.
- Good technical background and ability to drive & support cutover plan, activities and plans. Knowledge of Oracle HCM & Finance modules are a added plus.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC processes
- Financial industry experience with experience in release management, enterprise-wide portfolio interlock management, infrastructure & middleware knowledge.
Main duties, responsibilities, and deliverables:
Project Activities
- Taking responsibility of the project delivery activities. This includes:
- Manage the overall end to end technology interlock across multiple projects in the application portfolio.
- Serve as a conduit between different technology teams to ensure all are aligned with stated dependencies, interlock management in line with agreed timeline.
- Actively work in a multi-vendor environment managing tasks across different technology teams and assist senior technology delivery leads across different projects.
- Serve as a central point of contact for all interlocks across all SaaS projects managing environment, release & deployment interlocks actively managing the plan with various technology teams.
- Good understanding of BAU lifecycle management of SaaS applications in managing an operating model focused on preventive maintenance, service offering and scalable support model.
- Work closely with the technology delivery leads to ensure the delivery of the business case objectives, ensuring it is delivered on schedule, and the business case benefits are realized.
- Work closely with technology delivery leads in supporting them with estimates required for project lifecycle. Actively manage deliveries across various dependency streams focused on infrastructure & middleware facets.
- Be accountable for adherence to technology policy and processes through the life of the project.
- Be accountable for technology cutover, interlocks, deployment and implementation activities by working closely with Technology delivery leads.
Level 3 Support
- Plan for resources and streamline process for Level 3 support
- Estimate support engagement, resource and capability needs for technology
- Timely reporting of critical issue to technology delivery management
- Ensure to remediate / triage production incidents as per defines SLAs
- Identify and address any key man dependencies
Professional Experience
- Delivery experience in the 'Financial Services’ domain
- Experience in Oracle based SaaS applications and modules.
- Proven experience in taking ownership and delivering projects on-time, on-scope, and on-budget in infrastructure & middleware domains.
- Experience managing IT change in a highly regulated environment
- Experience with working with vendors
- Experience of managing or working with teams within an offshore service model

Essential Qualifications
Experience, education, and any certifications as necessary for successful job performance
- 15+ years of technology experience working in the areas of application development/infrastructure/middleware.
- 10+ years in the financial service industry preferred.
- Professional certifications in the areas of Infrastructure/Cloud/IaaS/SaaS is a plus.
