ENTER THE GAME 🎮
As an ESG Projects Executive, you will join the recently created ESG department attached to the CFO, led by the Head of Sustainability, whose role is to define, execute and report the ESG strategy of Betclic Group.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Manage several Environmental and Social projects, in coordination with various departments (marketing, IT, sport partnerships, HR, AI, …), to execute the ESG Strategy and the associated Action plan, with the guidance of the Head of Sustainability
- Participate in the annual extra-financial / ESG reporting process, respecting the CSRD requirements within the Sustainability Statement of Betclic Group
- Participate in monitoring the roadmaps of each Program of the ESG Strategy
- Participate in updating the annual carbon footprint of the Group
- Contribute to answering the non-financial rating agencies and any other stakeholders

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This job is for you if:
You have a degree about Sustainability, CSR or ESG,
You have successful professional experience in an ESG department or equivalent where you were responsible for managing end-to-end challenging projects,
You possess strong rigor, natural easy-going spirit of collaboration within the organization, and you thrive in a challenging work environment,
You have a strong command of corporate responsibility, environmental and social topics, and change management,
Knowing about Carbon Footprint establishment, D&I policies and/or CSRD regulation is a plus,
And finally, you speak French & English fluently.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝
If your application is shortlisted, Mathilde will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will work on a case study before presenting to Gwenaelle, Head of Sustainability, your future manager.
Next, you will meet Veronique, CFO, followed by a final HR interview conducted by Mathilde to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
